Live Chat! added to tabs at top!

Hi Gooheads! We just added a "Live Chat" tab at the top right of every page. You can still use the pop-up links from the bottom of the page too. The idea is to make Chat more visible to everyone and to encourage more chatting! The more it is used the more it will be used - the circle of life... getting deep in the morning.
