I'm trying to figure out how to keep my old identity. As of this post, I cannot log on as what I used to be, however, I still see my bio and photos in the goo (from way back when.)

Kelly-
I have to know - what on earth possessed you to go to the seller and tell them what you did? Why would you do that knowing full well people here were probably going to bid on it and were of course watching it. One of the cardinal rules here is, you don't inform the seller of what they have - PERIOD. That's actually an unspoken rule ANYWHERE. It's how we are able to collect the lamps and items we love. If everyone on eBay knew what their junk was worth - there would be NO COLLECTORS!
So, if you ever have the desire to share information with another seller and then link them back to here - please do us all a favor and KEEP IT TO YOURSELF.
Hey Dave, glad to see you are still around.
Good for you on your Sarurna purchase. I personally have spent up to $3 hundred for some really nice Saturnas' and Aladdins'.
Soooo, it just goes to show you about supply, demand, and one's desire to REALLY HAVE TO HAVE THAT LAMP! :-)
I would buy Saturnas' and Aladdins" evey day of the week for under 100 bucks, that's for sure!
Dito. I still don't have either, though if the money was abundant, I'd gladly throw down 300+ to get one. Good for whoever won, with or without the added info.
LOL @ Dave! Sometimes it's smarter NOT to post what you're interested in, especially now the eBay has hidden bidder names. Before, I believed it common courtesy to respect GooHeads & NOT bid on an item they were interested in. It's impossible to do now, without stating that a person is interested in a certain auction. Unfortunately, I realized this too late this week :(
Glad you got such a good deal on your lamp! Post us some glorious pics!

Yeah, see I agree with this. I don't think there should be any links to eBay ads on here. Just out of common courtesy to others. Even if there are 0 bids. People might be watching it and planning a last minute attack. Then someone goes and posts the link and well, it's over. Now 40 people know about it and are going to fight over it.
God I love that second lamp! I would love to have a vintage gold lava lamp with a clear/red bottle. That's my dream.
