Unknown Mathmos ball light lamp?

Seen this on line & have not sen anything like it on the flow of lava site. What's other peoples thoughts??

 

It looks like a shrunken down bottom half of an astro base & instead of a bulb it has a round plastic sphere in the middle that i pressume rotates softly through diffrent colors.

 

If anyone knows can you let me know any info about it.
