Can anyone identify this lady?

Picked up this rather cheeky lamp for £1 last weekend.

I said that it looked as if some liquid was missing - until my wife said, "Well, she wouldn't wear her dress right up over her head!"  Duh!!  

Then again, if she was Lady Gaga, she might.....!

So I considered who she might be.  I have a funny feeling that it could be (based on the face) Lady Diana - which would date this lamp to the 1990s, I guess.  My missus thinks otherwise....

Does anybody know anything about this lamp?

Just when I thought I'd come across something unusual!!
But it's the first one I've found, so it's still a rarity to me!

Don't tell everyone though, cos we'll probably put it on eBay eventually.
Wonder if we'll get more than 99p?

Bohdan - don't fancy lava instead of glitter - would look as if she was being sick or something!
