What can I add to my glitter to bring the contents up so the cover look right?

Mine is 3"from the top of the bottle cap,I will try running it for a couple of hours and see how it looks ,I never really ran it much because when my brother found it at a garage sale ,it  did not look very impressive Also Bohdan mentioned the cap size so I checked and the cap is a shorter one, but one of my other ones was taller so easy fix I just switched them.    thank You for the help you guys are the BEST.

Wow didnt know that,I was also using it for a night lite.Will buy 25w bulb before use.Thank You
