Oozing Goo - The Lava Lamp Syndicate

I recently bought an official lava lite brand Lava Lamp with a black base, black lava, and a clear liquid. I was wondering if this was a very rare type or not. I'm unfamiliar with the history of lava lamps, but I've never seen black and black like this. Thanks for your help.

Oh wow. Thanks guys. Looks like a good lamp. Yes, I bought mine off ebay, but I've bought a different one from the same seller and it came in such good packaging and very very quickly so I can buy with confidence. Thanks guys

It was shipped out yesterday from Colorado and I live in Maryland. I got priority, but I'll try to get some on here when I get it.
