I wanted to try something a little different with this sad looking and leaking wave machine I got in from the UK. I had to rework the electronics to run on 110V and half of the fluids had leaked around the plug not to mention vessel scratches. It would be trash in most hands, but I did something special with it.
It received the full treatment of flushing and cleaning, polishing and waxing, and refilling with the Hughes Wave Motion Machines Formula and plug replacement. I ordered a very powerful UV reactive dye from one of my vendors for it and the results are just stunning. The first photo is how I received it.

Thats pretty wicked hey, is that UV dye water based? would it work in a lava lamp?
That is off the hook, it would be intresting to try in a 2 colour wave machine such as my rave wave - http://oozinggoo.ning.com/photo/wave-machine-pic-1?context=user
Yea if its waterbased I guess it could be used in the water of a lava lamp - a dule UV gookited grande would be really cool
Where have you got the dye from?
would distilled water be considered a pure environment?
