Found oozinggoo.com when I was looking for ways to repair the Grande I picked up at CostCo a few years ago. It's one of the Chinese made ones that has gone extremely cloudy and ceased to flow (going to try replacing the fluid one of these weekends).
It was here that I found out about really big Lava lamps. I was bowled over by videos of the Colossus lamps and really want to see if I could get one, I couldn't find them available anywhere so I wrote LavaLite. I wanted to let this group know what I got this from Lava Lite today:
We have a special promo on the Colossus for serious buyers. This will be the last time the Colossus will be seen.
Please see attached promo sheet with pricing included.
If you are interested please contact on my direct line at 630-496-6663.

Sadly these prices are outside of my discretionary funds, even though they include shipping. I post it in hopes that someone here may be interested.

My husband bear hugged it into place. It's more awkward shape than anything. Use of grippy shelf liner helps immensely though. Also, obviously, get it as close to the base as possible before lifting.
I wouldn't be able to do it by myself though. I think getting it free of the bottom styrofoam is the hardest part.
Just heard from Susan, the table support rings are coming in this week, so hopefully those with tables should start seeing them in the next few weeks or so.
I was fully prepared to purhase one of these.... Right up until I found out that only Blue/Green are left. I just can't imagine spending that much on a color I am not crazy about. Perhaps I am being too picky?
I think you may be being to picky I love my blue yellow it flows perfect I turn it on 100% for about 2 hours than adjust it to around 65-70% and leave it. I have ran mine for over 72 hours straight and only adjust it very little for flow because my house temp changes I will say this lamp flows nice I also have a grande blue yellow and it is one of my best flowing lamps the only time I use the dimmer is warm months.

I can relate Miss Chantal. I am not crazy over that color as well but then I bought a black. Totally different beast as he doesn't light up like the other color choices. But I knew this when I ordered and I love him. <3
I had a cloudy blue/yellow Grande that I made clear so that color kinda bothers me too. LOL But.... you could always set it in front of a window and fade it out. May take awhile though. Then dye the liquid to your liking. If you have a chance to buy one , do it. You can always modify it down the road. Or you may just learn to love it. :)
