to get this started, here is a pic of my main display before i moved:

Mine aren't flashy, but they are still flowin'...

They are beautiful, Jus.  I love all of them, such lovely colors and crystal clear liquid!!

Very nice, Brad!!   May I make one suggestion?  Would it be too much to ask that everyone identify their lamps as to "what kind they are?"   It would really help noobs like me to learn the different lamps when I see them. Something like Left to Right are "whatever" they are?

I know most of you on here already know all these different lamps, but some of us don't....like me!

Thanks Libby!  I'll do the best I can to label 'em (I donno what they are either! lol)

Left to right in my pics:

yellow-20oz straight goo kit

red (actually purple/yellow wax I think)- 52oz China LavaLamp

blue (actually it's purple)- portfolio? hybrid cross between goo kit and china LL

green psycho-32oz. hybrid cross goo kit x china LL

black (actually it's dark purple)-52oz hybrid goo kit x china LL

blue (believe it or not, BLOOD RED wax in person) 52oz hybrid goo kit x china LL

The lone black 52oz (it's actually reddish-purple) was straight goo kit until a couple months ago I added some china LL wax) so officially a hybrid.

Autumn posted this next photo somewhere on this site.  It helps me a lot; I don't THINK she'll mind if I repost it here to help others (*fingers crossed*):Autumn's photo:

And this is on the PlanetLava site.  They may or may not like me posting this here, but here I go with it:

Hope this helps!

Thank you so much, Jus.   It does help me, since half the time I am admiring all these lovely lamps and thinking, what the heck is the name of them?   LOL   Thank you for taking the time to post this.  You are great at goo kitting.  Your lamps are gorgeous!!!!

You're welcome Libby, and thanks for your many sweet compliments!

I hope some of the more seasoned members will step in now and add names for me (us)-cuz all I've really done was show sizes.  I know they are busy shining up their lamps and getting their placement jus right so they can photograph and then pop in here to show off their unique collections...PS-Hey!  I jus remembered the library on this site has a great run down of the different lamps through the years, with pictures and other info to aid in identifying lamps: http://oozinggoo.ning.com/page/lava-library

Thanks so much, Jus.  I have been trying to read the archives and Library and there is a "lot" to digest.    I keep seeing all these lamps on ebay and have no idea what the names of most of them are.  I do recognize some of them.  One of these days, when I get my loft back in order, I might be able to put my lamps in one place on a shelf and shine em up and take a half-way decent picture.  I am not much of a photographer, although I think my poor camera is really to blame.....(Hahaha)   You are a sweetheart, thank you again!!!

I posted it in hopes it would help someone. I need to update it, but I don't have the space to do it yet. I will post a photo of my display once I get it set up. I had 99% of my lamps in storage for 6 months and now I am unpacking. I had to sort through them and photograph a lot of them that I want sell, but I will be able to clean things up and get a photo by the end of the weekend.

Thank you, Autumn, I can't wait to see your lamps!!   Sorry I don't know what the half of them are called, but am trying to learn.  Pictures that are identified would be wonderful for me, and probably all the other new folks too!   I get too many of them that look like Aristocrats mixed up, and thought the Carlisle was a "knock off" of the Blip, my bad.   I could have gotten one not too long back for a bit of nothing and passed it by for that reason.  OUCH.
