Buy it, my friend, you were 100% dead on right!!!!   It's is GORGEOUS!!!!    I thought it was Christmas when it started to flow!!  LOL   I've never had such a beautiful lamp, and if I could afford it, the Pink Grande would take it's place beside the green, believe me!!!!!

Great to hear, Libby!  You were my choice for judging these lamps -- you do have a discriminating eye, you know!  :>)  I'm off to buy a green Grande!

Get a replacement, Rodrigo, you didn't pay for a dented and out of round base.   My Century is not flowing well at all......just a heads up there.  But it was a first run.  I'm going to run it some more and see if it straightens up.   The Wizzie is a nice looking lamp, but the flow is not good at all.

Mine just came in!!! Im SO happy that my pink grande is 100% clear and in excellent shape. However its not all good because the yellow/red 52 is a bit hazy, which may go away but there is a BIG dent on the base, where the globe sits, its terribly off-round and the globe wobbles on the base quite a bit, should I try to get a new base or try to straighten it? It wont ever be perfectly round, and for 50$ i kind of expected no dents :/

I hear you, just keep running them, all of the newer china lamps i bought started off REALLY lazy (except for the P/Y grande) and after a handfull of cycles the wax loosened up and now they flow 10 times better than their first cycle..

I will take some pics and email susan about a replacement base, its quite clear in the pics since the gap is at least 1/4inch on one side :( Its a bit scary to set the globe on it since it wobbles but im gonna let it flow anyways and see how the flow is.

Now the century melted about halfway, the cork of wax tilted to one side and the bottom of the cork (the molten wax) got completely STUCK to the sides, wth :'( whyy??? Its stuck hard, ive never seen any stickage onto the inside like this, Ill let it run for hours and see, its only been about 45min.

Mine did the same thing, Rodrigo, and spiked up the side, but it'll "creep" to the top.   See what happens then, since that is when my problems started.

About 3 hours in, all the wax is molten, it let off one blob all the way to the top which stayed there, and nothing else happened. It's still folding onto itself so I'm gonna let it run. Does anyone feel like the bulb hits the bottom of the globe? Not sure if it does because my base is out of round so it wobbles cuz of that.

My pink grande let off one big spike, it's so translucent at the top! It looks delicious!!!

Got my red wizard and pink grande yesterday the grande flows perfect super clear the red wizard is clear also but the flow is a bit lazy that was yesterday today it seems to be flowing a bit better so with use I think it will get better.

Yeah I agree, with use it'll loosen up like most china lamps have. The recent ones I bought were all lazy but with days they got exponentially better. Well see how this lamp does with time.
I will pay pictures of my lamp later when it's flowing. But like Rodrigo 30-40 minutes in it was not tilting like my 2 other china 52 ozs. Then 50 minutes in 45 minutes it tilted then a massive amount of molten wax stuck to the walls and instantly cooled off. I really hope that the stickage is just a first time run only problem because the purple color I absolutely gorgeous. The liquid came somewhat hazy. I will post pictures when I get home.

My Wizard is less hazy, but the flow is still boring at all heck. I hope it loosens up some (it might).

The Grande... well, we all know how I feel about that lamp. I can't wait to get my 2nd order!

Rodrigo, get a replacement. That kind of damage is unacceptable.

Were these new Heritage lamps made in the U.S.?  I doubt it, but figured I'd ask.  It was late last year the CEO said production would resume here in late 2013.  Wishful thinking.
