Please Identify This Old Mathmos / Crestworth Lamp!!

Just managed to get hold of this lamp off e-bay. Hasn't arrived yet. Im sure it looks like an old Crestworth lamp. There was no info on the listing. Could anyone give me some info on it?

looks like a pre-mathmos Jet, probably best to wait for a better judgment though, just thought I would try to shed some light for you!
