Grande problems!!

I have a grande Which is having flow issues that seem to be heat related. But when I turn it off this is how it cools. Like smoke stacks. I have 3 other grandes and I have never had this issue. Can anyone help?

What  is the printed number sequence on the bottle's stopper?

H6824 or the other number under that. I also notice it has a lot less wax in the lamp.

The number under the H number. Starts with 08?

Can't really tell it's been wiped out. Here is a better pic. Almost looks like a 3 instead of an 8. But I cannot see the number before.

Definitely a 3 if you compare it to the swooping in the red 8 above.  I would say the first number is a 1, all 3 of my grandes start with 1.

Edit: Though the font styles of the red and black are different...rules out a comparison to the red 8 being valid. I would say it is a 3. Checking mine again they all start with 13, 2x Heritage 1x Standard grandes.
