Ok i have come accros this old Astro i have included a pic, it comes with origional box and lava bottle but the wax is dead and the plug has been cut off.

How much would you buy it for becuase i have no idea what to offer!

Why do they cut the cords off in the UK? I've seen several older lamps on ebay where people have done this. Is it some type of law?
