New Lava Lineup

Saw this on facebook, they didn't do a good job showing this "tricolored hand painted globe" looks like a regular old pink/white. Not sure how I feel about this one either.

That's a fun Grande'.  Like Erin, I'll wait a bit.  I still think a ClearView Grande is in order.  I suggested it to Lava Lite last year when I visited.  If the multicolor globe is migrating up in size it's now time for the ClearView base to migrate up too.

I do agree with you on the Clear Veiw Grande Bill! That would be cool! But I do think the rainbow Grande would better on a black base.

And yes I do agree with Erin I will wait to see how others fare with them. After all they are 120 bucks so I think a coupon code is in order...lol

I'm waiting.....I have too much of a distrust factor with LL .....

I completely agree with Carol! But I do like that rainbow Grande! However there is good chance that the lamp will be defective and that's just to bad. But on the other hand it might have a real good flow. You just never know what your gonna get from LL anymore and that really sucks!

I really do love the rainbow grande, but I saw this at Spencer's and it makes me a bit concerned. It's a geometric colormax, and more than half of the bottle has lost its color. The picture makes it look better than it actually does. This lamp has never even seen sun exposure. Hopefully the grande is more resilient than this colormax.

I think it has to do with spencers leaving their lamps on every day for so long. Usually all of their lamps start to look like crap after awhile.. Lol. I have a 20oz fireworks colormax, which I use every single night (It helps me sleep) and it's fine so far. I also have had the rainbow colormax for a couple years now and that one still has all of its color as well. I saw a rainbow colormax at spencers and the blue had turned completely clear. I think it just has to do with abusing the lamp by running it for too long.

I would bet you're right, Ian. They certainly over run their lamps. Their displays actually make me want a new lava lite less! It's good to hear that the painting does seem to last under more reasonable conditions. If I were lavalite, I'd have Spencer's put all of the lamps on a dimmer, even if I had to provide it.

For $120 it better have a dimmer! It doesn't say in the description but it's wrong any way. Copy and paste copy and paste....LOL. I would like to see the lamp in person before I think about buying but I don't know how I'm gonna do that.

I got the rainbow glitter one. Pretty nice lamp for $20.

I want that Rainbow glitter?  Where can I get one?  Is it a 32 oz?  It looks like one.....I know the gold glitter is a 20 oz, at least it looks like it!!
