I got an email from Mathmos today announcing that the Fluidium is discontinued and doomed.  New colors for now (as shown here on OG the other day).  But for now they are 20% off and while supplies last.

Are you using a forwarding service for the purchase? I was tempted by a blue/blue too but not for ultra high prices.

Now I really regret not buying the green right before they sold out some time ago. (Went back a few days later, and they were gone.)

A new (or old) model to replace the Fluidium would certainly be nice. (Hint hint, Mathmos — you already have the globes ready to go.)

Its a shame they are discontinuing the Fludium its a grate lamp and does arc back to the designs Mathmos had in the 90's will certantly be getting a base and cap as i have a yellow / clear bottle that is a bit lost at the minuet.

I doubt they are going to do something with the same globes on another model but there is certantly space if not a need for a new lamp model (lava of course). Mathmos are you reading this ;)

Too subtle, I guess. I was suggesting they might consider relaunching the Lunar since they already brought back the globes. Something entirely new would also be welcome, of course.
