Either a few brand new users should fight over that, or someone should be asking the seller some very specific questions.

eBay's charging 35 cents right now to list anything, which probably explains this.

Oh yea I bet that guy will get lucky and some idiot will bid on it. People are really stupid and lazy and don't want to do 5 minutes of research of an item before they list it. I've notified sellers numerous times and provided them with the right information and most of the time I get a thank you but there have been a few times I've gotten sarcastic responses and find myself blocked from the listing, which I could careless but still...
