It can be very frustrating but I consider myself fortunate to live in the UK at least for Lava Lamps.

You still have a vey nice growing collection many on here would envy.

Germany runs on Ebay Kleinanzeigen, also a good place to find some nice surprising cheapos.

But as you are nearer to the epicentrum of the mania, I can imagine a lot of golden oldies floating around...
