Any Idea What This One Is?

Found this in the bottom of one of the last boxes...  I thought I'd lost the globe, but it was in one of my Cosmic Windows.  (It's globe was also in a box and still has the original paper sticker around the glass!)  Not sure if it'll make the move to Ohio.  It's kind of cool, but I'm waaaaaay over my limit!
