Old Light Bulb Identification ?

Anyone have any ideas on the type and age of this light bulb? I tested it several years ago for about 10 seconds. It still works. I found it many years ago at an estate sale with a bunch of other stuff.

Hmmm, very interesting. Maybe GE but they are usually marked.

I love old light bulbs, I will investigate further.

If this lamp is a GE Edison it could be over 100 years old!

A light bulb that has been working for over 100 years! Spencer will love this one since its at a firehouse, oh yeah and it has its own webcam!

The only markings are hand written numbers on the inside of the bulb. They are at the base of the glass that holds the filament.

That firehouse bulb is wicked cool. 100 years huh?

Ok - I had found this last time but did not think it was a match. However after checking it out again now that I have a picture of my light bulb - it's an exact match.

My bulb is over 100 years old and works! They don't make them like this anymore. Lol.

Yeah, I thought that was pretty amazing.. Proof they don't make things like they use to right there!

I wonder how long it will last for? LOL the darn bulb will probably outlive all of us!!

That is pretty awesome! Wonder if there are light bulb collectors and what something like that goes for.. you might have a small mint on your hands there!
