Oozing Goo - The Lava Lamp Syndicate

I asked the seller if there's any markings on the lamp. sellers answer to my question is on the listing. any one familiar with this lamp. its not a lava lamp it has some strands.

This lamp was manufactured by a company called 'Hunter'. They are nice lamps and quite collectible now. There are varying designs in the copper stand and caps as well as choices between lava and glitter. Rarer examples were finished in a silver effect. It is thought these were discontinued maybe as long as 30 years ago. Most 'Hunter' lamps are classed as vintage now. The most well known model was called the Sata-lite and is not too dissimilar to this one.
