Need some help!

If any one can help me out it would be much appreciated. This lamp was purchased around 1969. Looks like a Consort but all the pics on the net i have seen have a flat base and a metal top. As you can see in the pic this has a 2 layer slope base and a wooden top. Is this just another version of the Consort? The cap has hobar 28-410 under it and the main metal vase has a slash then the # 83. Also, what do you think something like this would fetch on ebay? Thanks for your time.
