Can I send my cloudy lamp(globe) to someone(expert) to fix for me?

I have a beautiful, White Squiggle Lamp....but the globe is cloudy(Green liquid).
I have read a couple of the fixes online that a person can try to clear it. However,
I wondered, is there a person out there(a guru of cloudiness remedies) that I could send the globe to, in hopes of clearing said globe for me?? I love this lamp, and would certainly be willing to pay to have it clear again. If there is someone like this, how do I get in touch with them?
