Oozing Goo - The Lava Lamp Syndicate

Confetti Mediterranean Gemlite, anyone have info?

It has red and blue heat tape on the bottom.  It also moves much faster than my pink confetti from the 90's. Anyone have any info on this lamp?   Thanks!

Yep, uncommon model of GemLite. In the 70s, there were four models: Mystique (square), Continental (oval), Mediterranean, and Capri (cylinder with conical bottom, vaguely the shape of the later Confetti model). Nice find! I believe these are model 2950, vs. Mediterranean lava being series 2940.
