Prototype Chester the Jester Icon?

Does anyone have any info about this protoype? I've only seen one image online and it was here on OG. Pictures attached are of the base. I can take more pics/video if needed, thank you!

These were made by Graffix. Graffix used to make ceramic hookas/bongs and were selected by Lava Lite back in the day to make the Icon series. The one pictured looks like one of the early prototypes used as a proof of concept. They probably made these ones without the ring that holds the globes because those would require special tooling to get the right dimensions. I have a similar one without the top ring that looks like Kenny from Southpark.
