Looking for a Unicorn, I mean a music box lamp base, or complete lamp.

I am looking for a music box base or complete lamp.  Mom had one, my babysitter's mom had one.  Thought I would look for one.  I have only seen them in person back in the late 60's.  Since then, only pictures.
