"Is a bayonet bulb one in which you twist and press down and has a couple of small protrusions on opposite side that keep it locked in so to speak similar to many car bulbs, at least older cars?"

Replacement bulb for a vintage cuda fiber optic lamp

Can anyone help me where to get a replacement bulb for a vintage cuda fiber optic lamp. I was given a lamp by a friend but it had no bulb in it. I plugged it in and it appears to be working just can’t find the exact size and type of bulb, it looks like a car bulb but a car bulb won’t work for a lamp. Any help would be appreciated
