Oozing Goo - The Lava Lamp Syndicate

Hey all, I finally finished my liquid transfusion project on my old blue/ yellow lamp and had a question about highlighter ink. Does anyone here know if it will react with the wax at all? Specific food dyes make the lamp cloudy and I'm wondering if thats the same for highlighter ink?

Thanks!

The highlighter ink that I have used has not reacted with the wax in any noticeable way.  I really like the effect that highlighter ink gives.  It's much more saturated than food dye.

That's good to hear! I out in a few drops of blue last night and it's still crystal clear.
