Some potentially exciting news from Mathmos!
They posted the image below on their Facebook page last night showing off their display at the Pretty Green store in London.
Has anyone else noticed the wall mounted Neo in the picture?
I emailed Mathmos to see if they were planning to put it into production and received this reply:
"Thanks for getting in touch with us.
Ah well spotted, we cannot say too much about it at this moment in time but a handy tip would be to sign up to our newsletter as any product launches for this month will be shown on there when they are available!"

I just ordered two! Got the email this morning and just about broke a finger getting to the website. I ordered a "matt" white with blue/blue and a chrome with yellow/orange. WHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!
if anyone sees the neo wall available to ship to the US let me know :)
unfortunately unless mathmos went back to the old formula with this one (the pretty green) I urge every mathmos fans (old one, the lava lamp not the fans) to satay away form the new badly improved formula.
I bought 3 astros more than a year ago, 2 heritage : one black and clear/plum, one blue clear/turquoise and a silver yellow/green and got so disappointed by them as they just run as any lavaworld international : bubbles going up and down and nothing like the old formula with this elongating blob breaking in multiple bubbles, dripping from top to bottom. Upon contacting mathmos, they replied that they improved the formula... Usually, improve means better, not worse !
Also, the formula is much more fragile and susceptible to overheating.
I suspect that the neo series is just the same.
Anybody tried this pretty green line ?

My Neo is from fairly early in production, but it has nice flow.
If I did want to buy one, do you have a guess as to how much shipping might cost me?
