Oozing Goo - The Lava Lamp Syndicate

Hi,

I just found this fiber optic lamp at a garage sale. It is in mint condition. The only thing it says in the box is "made in Taiwan". Do you guys know how old it is???

See my info on the image you posted in Photos. It's one of the two slightly less-common version of an 80s and 90s import. The color wheel will probably have sort of random-sized segments of red, blue, green, yellow and maybe purple, as well as some sections (most commonly clear or yellow) with narrow black stripes to create sparkles - color wheels of this type were/are used in nearly all imported fiber optic lamps.

I have the taller version of this.. its cool but my problem with it is * on mine at least.. is that light is just not strong enough to let colors shine strong enough for it to be a fun watch.. if the room is pitch black.. around other lamps or day time..U Still like it but boring..
