Goo Kits Purchasing Changing

By the end of August the ebay store for goo kits will be shut down. You can buy directly off of www.gookits.com now. This will cut out an additional step for our customers and also improve shipping costs.

I ordered from the website almost four weeks ago. Granted, I only ordered a small goo kit but be forewarned: I got an email confirmation and a little over 2 weeks later I got an email with a tracking number. In all, it took about 3 weeks after paying to receive it. It just sucks because shipping was near 80% of what I paid for the kit so I expected to receive within a decent amount of time, but they didnt even ship until 2 weeks after the order was placed. I have yet to use it so hopefully it's awesome and was well worth the wait!

I have noticed there might be a slight disconnect between their ordering system and their orders department. I usually give them a call on the next day to make sure they get my order and ship it. I seem to get my stuff in 1-2 weeks.

I always call the next day to make sure they got the order. There is definitely some sort of communication barrier between the orders and shipping department.

Today I received a tracking number for my gookit.

It will arrive on wed morning !  My day off !

Hey Guys,I definitely recommend following up with them via phone call after ordering. Their management is not 100% on top of everything for the goo kits. Part of the reason I helped them clean up their site and got outta there. The owner and inventor of the goo is an awesome guy and a personal friend of mine, but they are in desperate need of some dedicated people to manage Magma Tower/Gookits.

I simply made a purchase from the site, a few days later I received my tracking #.

Today I received my GooKit. On time and fast, via UPS.

I've already made my first 52oz lamp... it's warming up

right now and I still have to tweak it with surf :-)
