Help with Re-Wiring Astro

Hey all,

I was planning to convert my Astro to US wiring using the post by Brad on here, but the keyless socket I ordered looks a bit different than what was on the home depot website. Has the design changed or has anyone used this particular one? It seems the back plate/disk is now just this metal frame thing with the two screw holes. Not sure about mounting that underneath...
