Looking for a mid 90's, Blue Base, Blue Lava, Clear Liquid lamp.

This was the very first lamp I had as a kid- and being a really dumb kid I decided one day to open it and "add more lava to it" by putting... candle wax... in it.  This is the only pic I can find online of this particular combo.  I'd love to have it back.
