Oozing Goo - The Lava Lamp Syndicate

I thought I'd start a post on neat / rare eBay lava and glitter sales. Sometimes it's nice to remember the sale of a really cool or hardly-seen item.

Please only post completed/closed eBay auctions - please don't post any open sales!

I'll start off with the Princess wall model lava that sold tonight. Anyone here get this? :)

If you post to this thread with a completed auction, please try to include a screen shot, not a link. After so many months eBay removes auctions and for historical purposes, it'd be nice to see what sold.

Mine is unusually tall, but it's otherwise simple: tightly-coiled tube with round globes (no. 1, top left, on the illustrated list.) I'd love to get hold of even a plain fountain model. So cool.

I saw that and missed it by a few seconds!

Nice score on a Windsor!!

Whoever scored that Windsor, I just wonder if they know they've got something really special. What a Bargain!

^ NICE! That's a cool lamp. I didn't even see that one on eBay.

Anyone from here bought/sold this Fantasia Cosmos?

I am wondering whether this is the most expensive post 1970 non lava/glitter/liquid/fibre 'mood lamp' ever (£410). Can anyone think of anything which has gone for more?

Must admit - did take part in bidding, but thankfully it was beyond my reach!

Bloody Hell

Mistrolite's - like London Buses - none for ages then 2 come along at the same time!

Grants offering his one up for a BIN £450 - so yes Modulo!

I wonder if anyone from here got the first one?

That's a super-rare lamp and oh-so-cool! I have to get some screen grabs of that before it disappears!
