THANKS, OOZING GOO FOR YOUR SUPPORT AND INTEREST OVER THE YEARS!
Mandatory post update is MANDATORY.
In addition to the modded lamps that I have been selling, I will soon be offering slow glitter in LOOSE form (not contained in one of my lamps)! A lot of you have been asking for a long time now. The glitter contained in that liquid can be ANY shape you choose, and many colors, including prismatic!
But for right now, you can design your perfect lamp in lava or glitter, at the following rates:
$40 per regular glitter
$45 for replacement color glitter
$50 for lava
$55 for Custom cut glitter in any shape
Post here or in a PM (you'll need to send me a friend invite first) with your color choices. Please also state whether you want a lava lamp or a glitter lamp. I also now offer replacement glitter in 14 colors! There is an additional charge of $5 per lamp for that, but the custom color combinations are almost limitless.
ALSO...I am finally taking orders for custom cut glitter! I can also do cut glitter in virtually ANY SHAPE, so let me know if you want something special! Higher rates apply if you need me to render your design from scratch, but not by much.
- I will make a mockup of the lamp that you requested if you would like, so that you can see it. Then, we'll both be sure we're on the same page, as far as what you want.
- This will be on a first-come, first-served basis, but orders requiring anodizing will have to be skipped temporarily. I hope to be able to mod several lamps in a day, so don't despair too much if you are down pretty far on the list!
- I have a set list of paint colors, but if you really want a color that is not listed, just tell me what color you want, whether you want matte, gloss, satin, metallic, satin, or fleckstone paint...I'll see if I can find it. I know that matte and metallic colors are harder to find in variety though, so be aware of that. I can also seal your glossy lamp with a matte sealer, if you like.
- Once you have made your final decisions, you can send payments to my paypal address. I will then begin work immediately on your order,
Please note - I STILL am not currently equipped to handle anodizing...only unpainted silver bases, and painted ones until then. If you want metallic blue, red, grey, gold, silver, bronze, amber, or black, and do not want to wait, I have metallic paint in those colors. Just state your desires in your post. :)
This order is a statement that you intend to buy, but I'm not a nazi. I understand that life sometimes throws curve balls at us all. Only, if you have to cancel, please do it as soon as you can, to decrease the chances that I've made your order already!

Or after no response for X days, offer the spares up for sale on here. I can't be the only one who has trouble visualizing what combos are possible.
If you need payment, I'll gladly do it, Loren. What do you want me to do?
Thank you GT, but you don't need to pay me until I'm ready to begin your order, if we do it that way. Since you are wanting an anodised lamp, and my 4th and (hopefully) final power source hasn't arrived in the mail yet, you don't need to do anything just yet. I have faith that I'll be able to start anodising very soon after the power source arrives!
And Jack, if you see this, please send me your email and mailing addresses to explodingscotsman(at)bellsouth.net, since we seem to be having trouble with the message system here, ok? Thanks!
Hey Jack,
Another thing you might try is to check your spam folder. Sometimes those catch the GOOD things, and let the bad ones through.
Other than that and making sure you log into the website to respond to messages directly, I'm really not sure what the problem could be, or what to do about it. :(
But please do let me know if you get these messages I'm sending one way or another. I'm sending to your email AND to here, and I'm about to post this in the order thread.
And as long as I'm here Jack, Please allow me to apologize again for thinking the worst, but recent events had made me edgy. That's no excuse, but I just want you to know that I know you're doing the best you can, and it's ok. We'll get this done soon one way or another!
No, but this guy is! :)

Are you able to make a wave machine?
Finally have pictures of my custom lamp from Loren. It is for now my favorite lamp and I'm having trouble with not taking it into work.
It flows beautifully and has wonderful color to it as well. The pictures don't do it justice, the best flows always occured right after I took the pictures.
Mine was the lamp that didn't ship well, and Loren was wonderful to work with in regards to making it right and now I couldn't be happier.
I'm so glad you got that one safely, and that you like it! If I can make someone happy with a lamp, it makes anything I have to do to make that happen worth it. ...Ok within reason. LOL!
Thank Bridget!
Loren, are you still making these? If so, I'd like:
Metallic White Base
White Goo
Clear Liquid
I can't wait to see what that looks like Mike, I've been thinking of the same lava/wax combo with a very bright base.
Why yes I am! :) My father is in the hospital at the moment, but in the next couple of days I should be able to work on this for you. I should have taken metallic white off of the list, though...I'm very sorry that I didn't. I wound up not being able to get white anodizing dye, and metallic white spray paint has been almost impossible to actually find. I will see what I can do, though! In the meantime, is there an alternate color choice for the base and cap? Matte white would look really good also I think, but so would a gloss white.
