2 of 3 new lamps I've just got. Red one came super cloudy, but working through it. The little pink one came even more cloudy but cleared up. But the wax goes up and doesnt go down. The blue one, well that's another monster itself.

I agree too hot. It's a 15watt bulb. Hmmmm...

Or check the bulb wattage.  Either dimmer or make sure bulb not to hot for that little lamp.
