This is the pic sent to me from a friend of a friend . My house isn't this messy. XD. 2 for $50 is a pretty reasonable price for these huge impressive lamps. Moon and Star caps.

Those look great! I have a blue glitter one, or at least it used to be bright blue.. It sun faded and now it is a very very light red-ish brown. I put a red spotlight bulb in to make it bright red, which worked perfectly. Mine has the moon and start on the cap. I bought it brand new, and have had it ever since. I really wanted the lava version, but they stopped carrying the lamps before I could get a lava one and all they had left was glitter.
I would have bid on that one Doc had too, but it was lava, and I wanted glitter. It was a very nice lamp though and he did get a good price for it. ;-)
Thanks guys. Love these 2 big glitters. @ Loren, I'll keep you in mind if I ever decide to sell. Highly doubt I ever will though. @ Gwen, I went home and measured. These are 31-32 inches high. Same size as the one Dr just sold on ebay. He fetched a nice price on that one btw :)
Those are two great lamps.
If you ever decided to sell the orange one... ;p
"My house isn't this messy." -- Love that, Deb. Congrats on these big glitters! I like 'em.
Nice deal! Those look great.
I'll measure when I get home. I'm at work right now. I was hoping the caps would have been the peace sign or Octagon which are more rare. Anyone know what colors are considered harder to find in these?
I may be off and mine both have the star on the cap
my two are about 38" however the part of the globe that shows seems larger looking to me
