Does anyone know what year was the Copper Crestworth Astro Mk5 was produced?
Oh my gosh... I was so in awe of the photo I missed the Chrome mk1... it must surely be unique !
What an absolute treasure.
mk1 nice in silver
Shiny! Very nice lamps!
Frigging Awesome!!!!!!!!
Very nice indeed!
Oooh nice find... I scored a copper Astrolamp on ebay this morning £19.99 BIN and couldn't hit the buy it now button fast enough... phew !!!
A chrome Astrolamp base/cap is top of me' list right now.
I have just come across an oddity, it is neither a Copper Crestworth Astro Mk4 or a Mk5, so I have named it the Mk4.5, it is taller than the Mk5, has the bands around the base the same as the Mk3 - Mk4, it has the Mk5 base plate but is fitted with a Mk4 lead and switch, photo's to follow later, but here's a first look...
It never gets any better than this for me Grant.. Astrolamp dude anytime !!! ... got to get me some chrome !
