Well she did use my photo of my flocked lava lamp to do the photoshop so its sorta real. Unfortunately I am having to redo the base because the finish was uneven. I plan on doing a wide variety of colors and I may start selling them.

kudos for the good photoshop work :) great example of what a little photoshop can do to a ordinary lava lamp :) (inserts old comment about a whale's you know what here) lol

I'll tell ya what..

If the flow is that bad. I'm getting a vintage american globe or I'm going to replace the innards with one of my mathmos globes. LOL!

I really love this base idea.

I want one in Yellow!

Sweet - fuzzy and funky lamp - I just hope that the formula is decent, there is noughing worse then a good looking lamp but with rubbish flow / formula.
