Crystal clear. 32oz. Wax is white and there's not much off it. I noticed that my other rainbow Colormax had "low" wax, too. I'm not sure why. I've had a couple non-white wax Clearviews and the wax level was normal.

Oh, and my emerald green clearview globe has low wax as well. So little in fact that it can't column or even send up decent blobs that drop beads. It only sends up walnut sized round balls that end up at the top most of the time.
Super clean Erin, super clean
Certantly got lucky with this one
yea it could do with more wax, I don't know weather they are skimping on the wax now or this is just a slightly dodgy lamp.
If LL got us to do the pictures and the reviews it would make them go bust or give them a kick to really make there lamps good so we can say yes buy thies lamps.
I know! I thought about that Jonas!
It would be hard for me to be a photographer for LL - my photos are good, but my reviews are too honest, and not favorable to their product.
Ya know what would look great in this? Kirk's glitter, silver/clear!
excellent photo! LL should hire you for sure.
For the price I got it for ($21 on sale), yes, I would recommend this lamp. It's early though - you never know how long these are going to go before something happens to them like crap in the coil. But as of right now, yes, I recommend.
