Oh btw, as your yellow trashed lamp looks like 32oz the base wouldnt fit, so I'd throw in a matching century base/cap as well...
I agree, dhl is a pain in the a! I do have a spare globe for you though...if you kept the wax and are willing to dive into the hell of making new masterfluid. I'm also in germany and have an empty 52oz bottle, so if you send me a PM with an address I'll send it to you for the fantastic price of nothing but a smile...and you dont even have to show me :) Alternatively I could sell you a clear/red silver century which comes with original box, paperwork etc...just a thought...no hard feelings if you decline.
That horrible
That is why I overpack and buy special cartons for my globes/lamps so the gorillas in transport can not damage them
ahhh that sucks! my condolences.....
ohhhhh no that person needs to learn how to package things!
Thats DHL... These guys suck as hell here in germany. Not the first parcel i got all broken. They managed it to destroy a well packed antique clock as well...
I got my money back. But sadly i dont know any collectors in germany, so eBay is my only chance to get nice lava lamps. Or newspaper annonces, when i am lucky.
