Torchiere Top

Here is pic of torchiere top. Has the metal cap glued over the bottle cap. Guess you could loosen lip of metal cap with hair dry warming glue or pour boiling water over just the cap to loosen and warm glue to remove cap, once you loosen metal lip of cap that covers the bottle cap on bottle.
