the black T shape is a earlyer bottle top, compared to the thick bakerlite ones on the jet type bottles, as for the metal top, it could be for a top bulb fitting, but more likely for the telstar shaped table lamp with lamp shade, as the other model didnt have the upper bulb fitting on the cap, it was mounted on a bar above the lamp bottle / cap

oh sorry...it isnt... the bulb isnt on the cap on that one...forgot zzz ya its very unusual.

I'd say thats the mk2 table lamp cap.

It's hard to tell on which lamp it was mounted as I just bought a lot of lamp from one seller with different bases.

Most of them Cosmos, but also the very special short Telstar one (Rocket?).
