Black chrome globe returned to cloudy

After changing the liquid and a day's worth of running and some trials with surf level I had the flow going very nice. Next day I wake up and found it like this. can anyone tell me what happened? first off I used the goo it came with stock and not a goo kit.. I think its a possibility as to why it did this, not entirely sure..
