Yes, Laurel Bay is a USMC base. I was there a few years. What's weird, is I found out our next door neighbor I went to school with when I was in Hawaii. Talk about a small world. We must have move at about the same time too and landed right next to each other in SC. Honolulu was a beautiful place. Loved living there. We had a place a block up from the beach!

Did you get that Cuda off eBay? The Galaxy is the last model I need to complete my Cuda collection. I think they only made 3 lamps. 101, 202 & 303. Galaxy, Harmony & Saturn. When you mean "clumped" do you mean some of the fibers are forming big clumps and not separating like they should? Like if your hair was oily and you can make mini dreads?

I just checked the map. We lived in Charleston for a very short time. Most of our time we were in Beaufort. I lived on base - Laurel Bay. My family was in the military so we moved a bit. I remember the above ground silver pipes all over because the soil was too "swampy". It was always "wet" down there. I also remember the moss growing in the trees. I love the area a lot.
