Mathmos Rainbow Jet Flow :(

Hey everyone.

I got a Mathmos Rainbow Jet yesterday and it was flowing lovely in the shop but when I got it home and switched it on it didn't flow much at all.

It melted the wax and looked as if it was going to move but the wax just didn't break off and move upward it just stayed in the dome shape.
Every so often a small piece would break off and make its way to the top but thats it.

I turned it off and left it overnight in hope that will help it and just turned it back on now to see if it makes any difference, If it doesn't what can I do?

How long did you have it on?

Hey, It was on for around 2-3 hours and it barely moved.
I did get it to move today but then it went back to doing same thing and just Domed

Has it got a 30w spot bulb? Maybe the bottle is just old.

Just checked bulb, It's a 30 Watt bulb yes.
And it was working fine in the shop it just seems to not want to work for me :(

a rainbow jet? i didnt think they sold these anymore

Still having no luck :(
Gonna try a different bulb in it and see if that makes any difference
