Oozing Goo - The Lava Lamp Syndicate

I started this post last week but I had to re-sign up --I have an older Continental Lava lamp, the type that is powered by a candle. I have had a accident with the candle globe or holder. Does anyone have any idea where I might find something like this? The top Lava part and the metal base are still in great shape.

Here is what I have the glass candle part has been disposed of as it was in little pieces. It use to look like the continental pictured here -

I have the metal base, the metal ring that's above the candle, the lava bottle and cap . This is what is left to the Continental Lava Lamp no candle

If I have to go the route of the glass maker can someone provide a couple of dimensions for me as I did not measure anything before I broke it.

The height of the glass candle?
The widest diameter part of the glass candle?
The top rim diameter of the glass candle?
The bottom diameter of the glass candle?

Thanks again for any help
