Oozing Goo - The Lava Lamp Syndicate

I really don't know what to look for but after some research I think it is a 1122 Century. How much should I offer the seller for it? It's red lava with yellow liquid.

I would offer $20-$25. Thats a good cheap price I offer people and it works most of the time.
I asked the guy to ship but no dice.
I went to pick it up Friday afternoon. It had been stored in the attic for years. It's a little cloudy and the lava stops flowing smoothly after awhile but at least its a screw cap.

Thank you all for the advice.
