so i sent an email to the address given in one of the deleted lava threads for customer service. i sent it afterhours on friday and got a response this morning!
maybe lava is trying to make up for their past transgressions, so to speak.
at the very least, it's a good first step, in my opinion, versus their no response in the past.

yup!
it sucks when a company lets you down but it's good to see they are making, in my opinion positive changes. unfortunately, their determination and efforts are no longer available for public view and, for the most part, only the negative remains.

I'm looking forward to any proposed changes Lava may have in store, call me optimistic, but I'd be happy even with some new bases and maybe (crosses fingers) the Grande Starship. Part of me believes that the current owners were working with what Haggerty left them (8 oz, 20oz, mystical glitters...etc) but yes, they have made their share of mistakes (marley everything and the hendrix wrap bases)... but the revival of old colors, even if in 20 oz tell me that maybe they do give somewhat of a damn, the reps furthered that belief. I love my old lamps and grew up with the Lava Lite Lamp and hope that just maybe these guys can get the ball rolling a bit... even if just a little.

It seems they got a new CEO a few months back so perhaps he has initiated some of these changes.....I was told by Paula today to expect the new formulated black/clear globes in January....she said they know what the problem is but we shall see!

Hey can you do me a favor and ask her if that is for all color combos or just clear/blacks. She told me november and I dont want to wait until january.

She told me that it was specifically the clear/blacks....the color combos should be on schedule! Cross fingers
