What's going on with my Lunar ?!?

Hi guys what do you think is he problem with my Lunar?!? overheating? wax gone bad? coil problems? HELP!!!!!

Bought it used so don't really know if its original wax and don't know how old it is :( you think I should run it 24 hours?

YES!!!! it sticks to the bottom and to the sides!! WHY!!!!!!!?????!!!!!! :(

Maybe I can try to turn the dimmer down a bit .. or ou think it would be better to change bulb?

It looks really really overheated to me.

When you first heat it up, does the wax all explode up to the top or creep along the sides? If so, I'm inclined to think the coil may have gone bad.
