Oozing Goo - The Lava Lamp Syndicate

I've been having a horrible time locating a vintage glitter lamp....but I was wondering if anyone is selling a Fantasia lamp from the 70s. I've recently become interested. :)

Hi Kris - and others!
It was actually sitting on our dining table, so it isn't all that huge!
I'll dig it out and post some dimensions and such - along with a few more photos.
But I'm really busy today so it'll be mid/late afternoon (UK time) before I get anything done.
But I'll be back - I promise!
I'm adding a selection of photos just to show off this lovely lamp. I'll put them under my photos - they'll take up too much discussion room here.
The glass fibres are indeed very fragile (and sharp, I found today!) and they’re really yellowed. Perhaps they’ll clean up but they’re too delicate – unless someone knows how to clean them.
Right – some facts for you:
The span across the fibres is about 21-22” (55cms)
The overall height is around 45cms (18”)
The ball base is about 140mm (5½”) across
The black base is about 160mm (6½”) across
The whole thing weighs 2.926 kg
It looks as if the cheapest postage to America will be somewhere about £30 or more although surface mail will be around £22.
If you can find better, ask me for the parcel details…..
Otherwise – enjoy looking at it – it’s a lovely lamp, so long as you don’t look at the fibres too closely!
Glitter lamp or fiber optic lamp. Message says vintage glitter, but pics in thread show fiber optic lamps.
Just looking for clarity as I thin things out.
At this point, I'm just after vintage glitter. :) I have one Fantasia fiber optic lamp and that's all I need! :)
I have a two vintage fantasia glitters available.
1 new in box
1 a very rare fleckstone. I've never seen one like it before.
I also have a square gemlite mystique I would be willing to part with.

Contact me directly.
Thanks.
Will do. I will have to friend you first.
